Basic Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing technical difficulties when accessing your textbook or simulation, please attempt the following before contacting us.

  • Login via app.cte.stukent.com you will access Stukent within your LMS platform rather than logging in from our website.)

  • Disable any ad blocker on your browser

  • Go to my.stukent.com, click your name in the top right corner, then log out. Back on app.cte.stukent.com relaunch the simulation.

  • Refresh your page

  • Double check your internet connection

  • Attempt on a different browser

  • Attempt on a different device/network
