When creating your Audience for your Paid Posts, you'll want to make sure you have completed all the necessary information.
Commonly, the Interests and Audience name is missed. However, you'll want to make sure you complete all necessary information when creating an Audience.
Gender
Age
Interests
Location (prefilled)
Save the Audience (optional)
Audience Name (required if Save the Audience is checked)
Troubleshooting
If you have completed all the necessary information for creating an audience, you may just need to remove the post entirely.
Example of what it may look like if it has any trouble saving the audience:
To delete the post, you will go to the bottom right-hand corner of the post creation and select Delete Post. This will remove all information about the post and audience. You may make note of any information you had prior to deleting to re-input into the new post.
Before you re-enter your post and audience information, we recommend clearing your cookies and cache, especially if this is a recurring incident. We also recommend disabling any pop-up or ad blockers and making sure you are using a laptop or PC to complete the simulation. Tablets and mobile devices are not optimized for our simulations.
