Select Ad Groups on the Ad Manager

Select the + next to the Ad Group

Select Select Keywords

Enter in the search any keywords you would like to use

Check each keyword you would like added and select Continue

To remove, you will deselect the checkbox, select Continue to the next page, and Save

Select the Keywords tab within the Ad Manager.

Check Show Paused Keywords

Here you can select the Status of the keyword on the left. This will allow you to Pause or change a keyword to Active.

Keep in mind that each Ad Group requires at least one active Keyword.
